My client is a renowned law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to individuals facing Personal Injury cases. With a commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction, we have established ourselves as leaders in the legal community.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Personal Injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents and workers compensation.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients, guiding them through every step of the legal process.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies or other parties on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, advocating vigorously for the rights of our clients.

Requirements:

•  You will possess between 1-4 years PAE, with a strong background in plaintiff Personal Injury law. Experience in motor accident and workers compensation claims will be highly regarded.
• Active license to practice law in NSW
• Proven experience handling Personal Injury cases, with a successful track record of obtaining favorable outcomes for clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help those in need.
