You will provide administration support by coordinating and maintaining fleet-related data and records.Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain accurate management of fleet databases, records, systems, and processes.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, resolve invoicing, and receipting issues.
- Ensure effective customer service is delivered to both internal and external clients.
- Updating records of scheduling and inventory replenishments.
- Proactively manage and promote customer relationships.
- Customer service orientation, effective stakeholder management & liaison skills, backed with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an environment with exposure to multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working within the road transport industry will be highly regarded.
- Strong data entry skills, technical and analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office suite of products and fleet management software.
