About the Role
You will mainly be responsible for supporting our maintenance department in managing fleet asset compliance and monitoring and reporting of the IVMS system. You will also be required to ensure accurate administration of journey management plans plus travel and accommodation booking.
This position reports to the FleetManager and will be based at Jandakot, WA.
Key Responsibilities
- Focal point for 24/7 monitoring of Fleet assets
- Oversight and assistance with journey management
- Optimise asset transfers (domestic and international)
- Monitor and report on asset utilisation
- Focal point for 3rd party equipment bookings
- Travel and Accommodation booking management
- Ensure compliance with Fleet Regulation & Registration
Role Requirements
- Experience with Fleet asset management (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of IVMS tracking systems (desirable)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to understand and analyse overall perspectives for problem resolution
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office knowledge
