Maddington Toyota has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic and motivation Pre Delivery team! As a Fleet Coordinator your main focus is to provide Administration support to the Fleet Department. You will provide assistance to the Fleet team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Role Provide Tax Invoices for vehicles that are being delivered and issue them to customers Assisting Fleet Account Managers with Online and Pit Licensing Forms Taking Phone Messages for Fleet Account Managers when are not available and emailing them. Assisting the Fleet Manager with Day-to-Day Tasks. Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties You Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy. Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload. A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic. Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines Excellent communications skills orally & written Self-motivated and task driven. Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour. Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
