As a Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's business. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of delivering initiatives to the Lending Technology Platform from the prioritised backlog, as well as managing changes to external projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve facilitating workshops, collaborating with various stakeholders, supporting testing processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and more. Your commitment to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines will be crucial for success in this role.What you will do:- Facilitate workshops to identify technical needs and priorities
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Solution Designer and Development leads to document technology and delivery related risks and manage mitigation steps
- Engage interfacing technical teams and technology risk teams, managing expectations and outcomes
- Support Scrum Master in driving sprints forward and resolving any blockers
- Provide input into System Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, including defect triage
- Ensure consistency with quality and governance standards in collaboration with project manager
- Support environment setups and production change deployments
- Perform any other Technical or Non-Technical task assigned by the people leaderWhat you bring:- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Experience in production support and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts & tools like SNOW
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Self-leadership abilities
- Experience working on medium-large technology projects within tight deadlines
- Experience working in an Agile delivery framework using agile collaboration tools JIRA & Confluence
- Background & experience working in Banking & Finance
