The Martech Capability and Delivery Lead coordinates the strategic direction, capability build, and operational governance of marketing technology Martech solutions and platforms, to support more effective customer engagement and drive deeper personalisation for our customers across all customer touchpoints. Leaning on your experience in Agile and DevOps practices you will drive new initiatives and modernize existing applications.
The day to day
- Delivery of personalisation experiences into digital channels across multiple customer touchpoints (web/app/etc) through effective delivery of technology platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud etc.
- Use of Agile Project Management practices, to prioritise and work with multiple squads on various business outcomes.
- Consistently supervise platform and campaign performance metrics for business insights and platform roadmaps, and present to various business partners when required.
- Improve Personalisation through building capability and supporting in-house expertise via improved delivery and supporting effective issue resolution, plus Enforcing standard processes for configuration and code development.
Why you are our next Capability and Delivery Lead
- Relevant professional qualifications in IT, Business or Engineering with sufficient exposure and experience within Telco and IT industries.
- A detailed understanding of online technology including Salesforce together with proven experience with Content Management Systems.
- Experience working with customer data platforms for campaign data and segmentation strategies and reporting standards for consistent feedback and metrics.
- Good knowledge of Marketing technology capability and industry standards.
- Strong project management experience underpinned by excellent communication skills, presentation knowhow, and phenomenal attention to detail.
