SalaryCalling all Delivery Lead – Procurement!Join a dynamic team as a Delivery Lead – Procurement, supporting the successful delivery of complex ICT transformation projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of solution delivery within a large-scale enterprise environment, with a focus on ensuring quality outcomes aligned with ERP design principles and organisational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead governance and assurance activities to ensure successful delivery of ERP Program Tranches, including oversight of functional solution activities and risk management.
- Collaborate with Delivery Partners to align activities with SAP best practices, methodologies, and governance standards.
- Provide expert advice and direction on SAP solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and optimal end-user experience.
- Support the broader ERP Delivery Leadership team in planning, scheduling, and managing program activities, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in leading complex ICT transformation projects, particularly within the SAP functional domain.
- Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in team leadership roles, including project management and functional team leadership.
- Deep understanding of SAP Best Practice business processes and solution design principles, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP system requirements for configuration by vendors.
