About the Role
The Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of work assigned to the delivery squad. The delivery squad will be indirectly led by this role and will encompass team members from across the Digital and Technology Group including, but not limited to, Business Analysts, Test Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Engineers, operating in a matrix structure. Team members from across the enterprise will also work closely with the squad as required.
At a day-to-day level, you will be involved in all phases of the delivery cycle, from initial discovery, problem analysis and scoping, work definition, planning and refinement, early prototyping, and user feedback cycles, right through to implementation. This role is a people-focused facilitator and conduit for information, whose purpose is to create trusted relationships that produce seamless and productive project experiences for everyone involved.
About You
- Experience leading and working with delivery teams, tailoring delivery approaches to align to evolving project needs and maturing environments.
- Deep working knowledge of blended agile and waterfall delivery approaches, frameworks, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in resource management and planning, facilitating workshops and delivering outcomes within timeframes and budget.
- Proven adeptness in engaging diverse stakeholders across various teams and streams, resonating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, while navigating alternate viewpoints to achieve broad consensus and acceptance.
- Experience preparing information for and presenting information to senior stakeholders, including Steering Committees and Project Sponsors.
