Delivery Lead

With a strong emphasis on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to spearhead the team in the Search & Attract domain and lead a crucial Data Cleanse Project.

Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in the delivery process, with a primary focus on the Search & Attract domain and a pivotal role in a significant Data Cleanse Project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to enhancing delivery capabilities in the Search & Attract domain.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

• Search & Attract Domain:

  • Develop and execute strategies to uplift delivery processes in the Search & Attract domain.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align search and attraction efforts with business goals.

• Data Cleanse Project:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of a comprehensive data cleanse project for our retail chain.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Project Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall delivery efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the Search & Attract and Data Cleanse domains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leading delivery teams, especially in the Search & Attract domain.
• Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
• Experience in data cleansing projects within large organizations, preferably in the retail sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in search and data management.
