The Platform Delivery Manager orchestrates the collective delivery activity within their Platform and across other Platforms to deliver the Platform Plan and takes responsibility for managing work, pipeline planning and delivery across Squads.
The Platform Delivery Lead will work closely with the Scrum Master to plan for and deliver outcomes and manage the backlog at the Platform level. They will work with Product Owners to prioritise and refine their backlogs into meaningful missions and objectives to drive high performance and co-ordinate interdependencies between Squads.
What you'll do
Co-ordinates delivery across all squads in a platform. This will require the balancing of time constraints, scope management, risk management and quality adherence to deliver key benefit targets. Maintains roadmap and quarterly planning In partnership with the Engineering Practice Leadership Team and Program Enablement Streams, is responsible and accountable for the Engineering North Star Vision Design Accountable and responsible to design and drive InsureTech platforms engineering uplift roadmaps specifically targeting improvements across DevOps and Quality Automation practices Responsible to lead squads of technical to assist and deliver complex infrastructure and design decisions and frameworks Responsible to drive the strategic vision of the Insurance Technology Engineering Practice throughout the Insurance Technology Platforms and Digital Insurer program
What you'll bring
Minimum 3 years project management experience or Technology Leadership experience Exceptional stakeholder engagement ranging from C-suite through to the project team Experienced in various project management disciplines - PMBOK, Agile, SAFE Experience in building successful business relationships at all levels Experience in DevOps, Quality Engineering, Testing Automation Project Management qualifications (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile) well regarded
