SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Knowledge and experience of the following is an advantage: Health ICT environment, Microsoft Power Platform, CRM, Agile.
- Demonstrated technical project management experience (including Lean UX and Agile methodologies).
- Demonstrated experience in digital innovation and test-and-learn delivery.
- Experience working with and managing third party delivery partners to manage ongoing enhancements to a CRM platform
