Delivery Services Coordinator

As the Delivery Services Coordinator, you will support the broader Endeavour Delivery team by coordinating the administration, data and auditing activities across all third party logistics carriers, service providers and operational teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an administration mindset and prior experience in documentation and company auditing processes. You'll also be responsible for our lease and fleet management.

Here's a taster of what you can expect in the role:

• Lead the documentation of written processes across the operations teams
• Proactively take the lead to align, coordinate, and execute a compliance plan to improve our safety record
• Assist in driver recruiting, onboarding and document all compliance and contractor information
• Creation of delivery data and files
• Lease vehicle management onboarding, auditing and insurance claims
• 3PL coordination, RSA compliance and delivery escalations
• Lead and influence a safety culture for our customers and carriers.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to positively engage with others and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A high level understanding of logistics and operational processes
• An interest in how data can provide insight into an operation highlighting an operating change
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Powerpoint/Google slides experience desirable
