Form of work Position Requirements:
1. Coordinating the departments to make sure the transportation plans are completed efficiently so as to satisfy the customers;
2. Timely contacting the clients at home or abroad to report the logistics process; customize the suitable transportation plans for different clients;
3. Overseeing warehouse operations and coordinating with departments to manage the warehouse;
4. Monitoring the storage of the warehouses; optimizing the utilization of the warehouses; maintaining and improving system for managing stock locations in the warehouse;
5. Analyzing the market data to predict the cargo transportation in the current market; making effort to expand the package delivery share in Australia;
6. Working to resolve stock and transportation issues; analyzing the whole process of transportation to establish a best transportation route for each customer;
7. To develop the transportation market in other countries, especially in China;
8. To help Chinese customers to establish their own stations in Australia at Ebay/Amazon; helping the Chinese customers cooperate with our company.
Qualifications:
1. A college or higher degree is required;
2. Have minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics area;
3. Fluency in both Chinese and English written and spoken;
4. Experienced in international transportation and logistics management; be familiar with logistic system in China;
5. Familiar with Chinese market, know how to keep a reasonable warehouse in China for Australian employer;
6. Superior management skills and overall coordination ability; excellent at teamwork and communication;
