This is a full-time position (38-hours/week), however working 4-days on and 3-days off.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Nurse you will oversee the day-to-day activities within your practice relating to nursing & clinical facilities, reporting directly to the Regional Manager.
The Role
- Daily support and guidance on achievement of tasks from Management Team.
- Ensure day to day practice runs smoothly, ensuring all sterilisation, protocols and clinical procedures are followed daily.
- Assist Scheduling Manager with weekly rosters.
- Stock Control within the Practice (4 hours F/N).
- Working alongside the Reception Coordinator and ensuring team meetings are held on a fortnightly basis and all staff attend.
- Overseeing the general cleanliness and maintenance of the practice.
- Overseeing Internal & External Lab work within the practice.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior Dental Assisting experience is preferred.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
- Knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential.
- Highly motivated and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- A drive to learn and flourish.
- An ability to maintain staff morale.
