At Maven Dental Collins Street, we offer a comprehensive suite of dental services, spanning from routine check-ups and cleanings to advanced treatments such as Invisalign, crowns, and implants. Our commitment to patient-centered care means we prioritise the individual needs of our patients, aiming to craft a positive and enjoyable dental experience during each visit to our well-established practice located at the Paris End of Collins Street.
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and passionate candidate who shares our enthusiasm for creating beautiful smiles!
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical chairside assistance.
- Ensure excellent patient care and management, including discussing treatment plans.
- Maintain sterilization processes.
- Manage stock and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.
- Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in dental procedures and terminology.
- Knowledge of dental software systems.
- Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature.
- Possesses a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude.
- Understands hygiene and infection control procedures.
- Has a keen attention to detail.
