About the Role
Wyndham Clinic Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager/ Handyperson who will be responsible for providing both preventative and reactive maintenance of the Hospital to ensure a safe and well maintained working environment. This position is part time initially, 15-22.5 hours per week but full time can be available if preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service delivery under the direction of Management
- Assist in the timely repair and maintenance of hospital plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings.
- Maintain the asset register and preventative maintenance structure
- Liaise with others in the department and contractors, perform facility inductions, ensure all WHS documentation and procedures are followed.
- Prepare an after-hours model of process
- Undertake routine corrective maintenance and/or notify the external provider if required to undertake repairs
