The job requires an outgoing, friendly and welcoming person. This person is usually our first point of contact and requires good people skills and a professional outlook.
The position requires the candidate to answer phones, book in cases and enter into our workflow using Xero accounting software. Accuracy and attention to detail is important; as is being able to multitask and display a high level of initiative. After the cases are booked in you will have to track the case around the various departments to make sure all are going to be completed in time for delivery. Planning our daily delivery and pick up runs are part of the job. You will be required at times to make appointments for patients to come to the lab for an individual shade take. Ordering of stationary and helping to organise a PR event for the business are also something the successful candidate may be required to do. The associated admin duties are part of the job description.
The successful candidate has to be able to work with a smart and fun team in a really great workplace environment. Dental experience will be a definite advantage but not a deal breaker as training will be provided.
