About The OpportunitySome of your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone and managing correspondence
- Managing the practice's IT systems, including marketing and social media
- Managing patient appointments and rebooking
- Stock control and management
- Periodic maintenance of equipment
- Managing practice statistics
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Strong computer skills including HICAPS, EFT and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- A strong attention to detail
- Varied, Reputable & Busy Dental Practice in Concord
- Mon & Wed 8.15-6 pm; Tues 9-5pm; Thur 8.15 – 5 pm
