Form of workWe are looking for a hardworking, honest, motivated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team at United Smiles in Mernda.
In clinic training will be provided for the suitable applicant. This position will involve reception duties such as answering calls and emails, booking appointments, handling payments etc. We are looking for a staff member to be available 3-4 days a week including Saturdays. Must be open to possibly be trained as a dental assistant.
The suitable applicant will have the following attributes:
- Experience is an advantage however not necessary
- Strong computer, typing, writing and spells skills essential
- Professional phone manner with clear communication skills
- Flexible with hours and shifts
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to accept instruction and training
- Adaptable and quick leaner
- Able to work independently and at a fast pace
- Remains calm while under pressure
- Neat and clean personal presentation
