An exciting opportunity exists at Our Medical Annerley for a Dental Receptionist.
Permanent part-time and casual positions available.
The successful applicant will be responsible for customer service and administration tasks including managing patient enquiries, appointments, records and payments. You will also support the dentist from an administrative perspective, ordering stock and ensuring the dental clinic and reception area is well presented and tidy.
Essential Experience & Qualities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Medical administration experience
- Patient management system experience (ideally with Dental 4 Windows)
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- The ability to communicate clearly with dentists, dental assistants, patients and suppliers
- A commitment to building a collegial team, always operating in a constructive and co-operative manner, and
- A genuine interest in helping people access better oral healthcare.
