AddressL&R Dental are looking for a new staff member to join us at our friendly and modern practice in Toowoomba, providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the appointment diary, referrals and recall systems;
- Confirming appointments, welcoming patients as they arrive for their appointment, managing patient records and taking payment and booking treatment plans;
- Undertaking sterilising processes and application of all infection control processes
- Preparation and cleaning of the treatment room
- Chairside assisting for Dentists
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills and enjoys working with people
- A can-do attitude, be confident, be able to multi-task and work independently
- Professional presentation and conduct
- Be competent with and willing to learn new technology
- Ability to efficiently multi-task in a busy environment
