Dental Receptionist

Studio Smilesdental clinic is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our growing dental team in Bayside, Highett (3190). The ideal candidate thrives in a career in customer service and administration within the Medical field. 

We are looking for an excellent communicator with superb people skills and the ability to focus on customer needs and help our patients on their journey to achieving a healthy and beautiful smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with patients in the practice on a daily basis to meet and exceed their needs and assist them with the next steps of their treatment
• Front Office Coordination, including greeting patients, taking payments, and scheduling appointments
• Answering incoming enquiries - phone in's, emails, and social media messages to proactively identify patient concerns, build rapport, and empower patients to take the first step into booking an appointment with the practice
• Keeping meticulous track of patients throughout their smile journey with a high attention to detail and follow up
• Providing outstanding customer service - we want to ‘wow’ our patients by going above and beyond to make sure their experience with us is memorable
• Being able to wear multiple hats in the practice and adapt to change quickly
• Maintain required data integrity and accuracy in the company's patient management software (Core Practice)
• Additional administrative duties may include receiving incoming deliveries, liaising with suppliers and sales reps and maintaining a tidy and organised front desk

• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent phone enquiry conversion skills
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
• An eagerness to learn and willing to undertake training and education
• An interest in the Medical field with a genuine passion for helping to create and deliver an amazing patient experience
• Dental knowledge and experience is an advantage but not compulsory
