The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is available to join our successful dental practice, Core Dental Epping, as a Dental Receptionist on a full-time or part-time basis.
We are looking for someone with extensive dental experience who can hit the ground running.
Your role will be comprised of general front desk responsibilities, including:
- Management of appointment books
- Processing HICAPS claims and account management
- Liaising with patients and practitioners
- Data entry and mailing tasks
- Treatment planning and co-ordination
The chosen candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- A high level of initiative and motivation.
- A drive to learn and flourish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to foster a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
- An ability to take initiative and be proactive in managing daily tasks and challenges.
- Knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential.
