We are a growing dental group with currently four practices in Mildura, Irymple, Robinvale and Ouyen. Our modern practices are equipped with Digital X-rays and scanners with our very own laboratory located on-site.

ABOUT ROLE
Dental Receptionist
Location - Mildura, Irymple, Robinvale & Ouyen
Reception Duties Include -
• Management of appointment books
• Handling phone and email inquiries
• Manage Patient recalls
• General admin duties as requested by the business
• Providing the highest quality of patient care and customer service
• Patient complaint handling and resolution
Requirements:
• Excellent patient communication and phone manner
• General computer knowledge and Microsoft office suite experience
• An ability to multitask and fast learner
• Efficient organizational skills
• Friendly and caring personality, customer service oriented
• Mature minded and reliable
• Previous work in a practice as a receptionist/admin advantageous
The position requires working weekdays between 7:30am-7pm and occasional weekend shifts on a balanced roster. Travel between our four clinics may be required.
