Dental Receptionist

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join an established private general dental practice in the heart of Camberwell. 

Our family orientated practice has been looking after residents around Camberwell and the surrounding eastern suburbs since 2008 and is committed to providing exceptional oral healthcare services to our community. 

Our team of dedicated professionals consists of 5 dentists and we all strive to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients while delivering exceptional dental care. We treat our patients like how we would like our own families like to be treated.  The clinic has been set up with the latest in dental technologies and follows the highest infection control standards. 

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join the team on a permanent basis working 9 day fortnight.  This individual will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing patient scheduling, and coordinating the activities of the dental team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements 

1. Experience within the dental field is essential
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is desirable but not required.
7. Process accounts through Hicaps and Insurance claims
8. Responsibilities will predominately include reception duties, but chair side assisting and sterilization may also be required
