To meet with increasing demands of our clinic, exciting opportunities are available for Full /Part time Receptionists / Front Office Coordinators to join our amazing team.

We are seeking a unique Dental Receptionist that holds the same values and is willing to go above and beyond to help clients continue to have a 'wow' experience. 

THE POSITION
  • Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator .
  • Full time / Part Time considered. 
  • Flexibility is offered and welcomed.

  • Immediate start.
SKILLS YOU MUST POSSESS 
  • Customer facing experience is a must - ideally having worked in dental, medical, spa, beauty, aviation and/or hotel industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Well presented and full of positive energy.
  • You want to learn and you are a quick learner - you are 'switched on'.
  • Very high attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Clear ability to multi task and handle a busy work environment - you do not get overwhelmed and you are able to prioritise tasks.
  • Competent in handling technology - dental practice management software, HICAPS, Outlook emails.
  • Self motivated with an attitude towards learning and realise that we all have a lot to learn.
  • Adaptability and ability to work as part of a team.
SOME ROLES YOU WILL PERFORM
  • First point of contact for the clinic.
  • Phone communications.
  • Patient records maintainence.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling client appointments using our dental software - Oasis.
  • Discussion of various treatment procedures with clients.
  • Preparation of morning huddles / daily schedules for the dental team to help ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Payments processing /collecting.
  • Payment plans processing.
  • Lab work management.
  • End of day settlements.
  • Daily KPIs.
  • Organise meetings.
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
  • Maintainence of effective infection control.
