The role:
To be successful in the Role we ask you have:
Practice Management Software experience.
Administration, Accounts and Customer Service Experience.
Knowledge of Dental software (ideally Praktika), Microsoft Office and Eftpos and Hicaps Systems and Software Packages.
I.T knowledge
Patient Coordinator Experience.
Experience in Human Resources and Staff Management.
Rostering Knowledge.
Stock ordering for clinical and admin areas.

Exceptional time management experience.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple appointment books and ensure patient retention.
Ability to liaise with external stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
