We require a Receptionist for our busy dental practice located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.
Applicants should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, a mature, flexible approach, and a willingness to learn.

The role:
To be successful in the Role we ask you have:
Practice Management Software experience.
Administration, Accounts and Customer Service Experience.
Knowledge of Dental software (ideally Praktika), Microsoft Office and Eftpos and Hicaps Systems and Software Packages.
I.T knowledge
Patient Coordinator Experience.
Experience in Human Resources and Staff Management.
Rostering Knowledge.
Stock ordering for clinical and admin areas.
