Dental Support Manager - Sydney North

An exciting opportunity exists in Sydney for a Dental Support Manager to ensure the smooth running of our dental clinics in Dee Why, Crows Nest & Kellyville - helping us deliver on our brand promise of exceptional dental for all. 

The successful applicant will excel in dentist and patient engagement, and the coordination of the Dental Support teams.

You will ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, support training of Receptionists & Dental Assistants, recruit and onboard staff, drive improvements in processes, and implement new technologies to improve the patient experience and operational efficiencies.

Essential Experience & Qualities

• Experience managing multiple, growing dental clinics
• Exceptional people management skills 
• The highest level of attention to detail 
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills 
• Dental patient management system experience (ideally Dental 4 Windows)
• The ability to communicate clearly with dentists, dental assistants, patients and suppliers, and
• A genuine interest in helping people access better oral healthcare.
