The Role
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and fellow management team across various aspects of the business.
- Meet regular targets both financials and KPI's for your department and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction ensure a positive customer experience and train staff to excel here.
- Lead by example and effectively communicate management expectations.
- Manage high volumes of stock efficiently.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in big-box retail.
- Proficiency in high-volume retail sales and stock management.
- Proven Management experience, including leadership of larger teams
- Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
