Deputy Director of Nursing

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Director of Nursing for a delightful residential aged care home. As a Care Manager, you will assist in leading the clinical care of all residents and become an important member of the leadership team. This is a full-time permanent role with flexibility in start & finish times

You will work alongside a dedicated Facility Manager, Quality Manager, and passionate Registered Nurse and Care team. This is a well-staffed and compliant facility that provides a great opportunity for learning and development.

The Requirements:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience working as a CCC/ Care Manager in aged care 
• Proven experience training & mentoring RNs & care staff
• Exposure to dealing with families 
• Clinically sound with excellent clinical care skills
