Your new role.
- Coordinate and oversee Clinical Care within the service, ensuring to maintain compliance with relevant regulation and legislation.
- Effectively manage incidents.
- Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, reviews and documentation ensure that the care for each care resident is systematically planned, implemented and evaluated and that care delivered, supports their choices and independence.
- Oversee the training and development programs for RNs, ENs, and Care Workers.
- Monitor compliance with the approved budget and initiate timely and appropriate corrective action in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Strategic leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge & understanding of the aged care standards and the accreditation process.
