The College
Austin Cove Baptist College of South Yunderup is a co-educational College that commenced in 2011 and currently has approximately 740 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. Essential
- To have a personal faith and commitment to Jesus including regular church attendance and a lifestyle consistent with the expectations of Christian faith
- Be a qualified teacher registered with the TRBWA, hold a Working with Children Check and have a commitment to child safety and well – being
- The ability to work within a senior administration team, providing high levels of pastoral care and operational leadership
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including staff, students, families and community stakeholders

The role of Deputy Principal of Student Services (Secondary) will include:
The responsibility for pastoral care and behaviour management across the Secondary College, working with students, staff and families to provide optimal outcomes for all students
- Collaborating with the Director for Maintenance, Heads of Year, Chaplain, Teachers, Educational Assistants and the Student Leadership
- Overseeing College events and managing staff accordingly
- Promoting the Christian ethos of the College and developing positive culture around the College core values
- Maintaining a positive College culture and safe environment
- A teaching load up to 0.4 FTE
