SalaryQueens Beach State School are seeking a Deputy Principal to join their school community on a full-time temporary basis, until December 2024, unless otherwise determined. You will closely collaborate with the School Leadership team including the Principal, Head of Department, Curriculum and Wellbeing and Engagement Coaches.
As Deputy Principal, you will lead Well Being and Engagement in the school. The Deputy Principal has a major influence on developing the quality of teaching and learning and nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers and stakeholders.
The Deputy Principal will be an instructional leader who will provide teaching and learning leadership to influence pedagogy and drive student outcomes alongside the Principal and Leadership Team with an Equity and Excellence Lens.
