About the role
You will work closely with senior colleagues and 3rd party technical teams to ensure that our clients are provided quality service continuously. You will be assigned a primary client and be involved in key technology projects as you develop your skills and client portfolio.

Skills and experience
Mandatory
Strong Customer Service skills and focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired
1-2 years of experience supporting users with Windows (and/or Apple), including building machines and installing software.
1-2 years of experience supporting users with Office 365 applications.
Solid understanding of modern networking and communication protocols.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong desire to develop cybersecurity skills and assist in security operations.
Advantageous
Exposure to supporting users with Apple Mac and iPhone systems.
Windows 7 to Windows 11 upgrade experience.
Some understanding of ITIL.
Being able to articulate clearly and concisely from end user to senior management.
