An excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to advance to the next stage of their career at level 2/3. You will collaborate closely with a tight-knit Service Delivery team, offering 2nd and 3rd level on-site and remote IT support, whilst delivering prompt and exceptional service to the entire company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing incidents, problems, and service requests
- Identifying opportunities for ongoing service enhancements within the IT Service Desk and other IT Operations units
- Developing and up-keeping top-tier knowledge articles using the ITSM toolset
- Installing and deploying licensed software
- Deploying hardware
- Enrolling and configuring mobile devices via InTune in accordance with the established Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
The successful candidate will have experience with the following:
- Strong understanding of the Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
- Excellent PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, Exchange and the Office365 suite of applications
