This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Sydney-based real-estate investment & property development group delivering projects valued up to circa $300m.
The company's philosophy is focused on innovative design projects and creating award-winning places to live and work. Projects include Commercial offices, and high-end apartments in sought-after locations, typically with retail/mixed-use within the remit.
The Opportunity
The role of the Development Manager encompasses involvement throughout the life of the project and will include concept planning & DA approval, design management, and appointment & management of consultants & contractors.
You will work alongside an experienced team of development and property professionals in a flat, nimble, team structure where the team is big enough to be well-resourced yet small enough to feel you can make a real difference.
An attractive remuneration package including performance incentives is offered with some flexibility to attract the best person.
