The Opportunity:
We seek a dynamic, experienced sales professional to complement our motivated and high achieving team. Your territory will include sale of online product to commercial customers including Council, Schools, Cafes, Industrial and other business clients.
The Role:
We have ambitious goals for the growth of your portfolio.
Your expertise in initiating contact, building lasting relationships and converting those into leads will propel the portfolio and your team forward and open up future growth and career opportunities.
You will be responsible for every step in the process from lead generation, quoting, negotiating and closing to installation and after sales support.
This role is partly new business focused however repeat business is the secret to success therefore a genuine passion for maintaining relationships is an absolute must.
About You:
- An exemplary communicator demonstrating a tenacious, professional and consultative approach.
- Have experience in the development of on-line product sales, website development and marketing.
- An energetic, positive approach to your sales career.
- Ability to work with existing Account Manager and maintaining and developing existing contacts in the industry is critical.
- Preference will be shown to candidates who can boast existing relationships and contacts within the industry.
- A proven track record (of 3 years or more) in sales and Business Development in a business to business sales environment is preferred.
- Previous Commercial Furniture experience is preferred.
- Have a keen eye for detail. Experience with design and specification is preferred.
- Be goal/growth orientated. Consistently meet and surpass sales and performance targets.
- Be capable of working autonomously towards developing your market and a team player when coordinating your projects with your production and operational teams.
