⏰ Hours: Weekdays 9am-5pm, occasional weekends.

📝 Duties (experience not essential):
- Greeting patients and visitors.
- Answering calls and enquiries.
- Booking appointments and follow-ups
- Collecting pre-payments and ensuring all fees are paid before appointments.
- Organising deliveries and referrals.
- Handling Medicare billings.
- Monitoring office supplies.
- Ensuring confidentiality.
- Maintaining a clean reception area.
