About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to provide culturally safe, holistic and family centred nutrition and dietetic clinical services for  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families accessing the Ngarrama Service and is a valuable member of the multidisciplinary Ngarrama team for families at Caboolture Hospital.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Manage an allocated workload to deliver high level nutrition and dietetic clinical services to families accessing the Ngarrama Health services across the continuum of care, within a multidisciplinary team, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards; utilising a high degree of independence within the work unit, including application at an area and state-wide level, with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision.

• Apply high level clinical practice knowledge and skills in the provision of nutrition and dietetics clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers, within Ngarrama Services
• Monitor and report on clinical practices and outcomes within the Ngarrama Service.
