The Stage II Group is a national clothing wholesaler and retailer, with well-known brands such as Elm, Edge Clothing, Edge Kids, All About Eve, St Goliath, Silent Theory, Jorge, Foxwood. St Goliath Boys, Eve Girl, Sunnyville and Animal Crackers.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Business Analyst to join our eCommerce team. You will join a wonderful team and company based in beautiful Geelong.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
As a Digital Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Drive delivery, transformation and optimisation across the digital solutions landscape across the business.
- Lead exciting new growth initiatives such as Omnichannel implementation and optimise systems integration.
- Work with eCommerce Systems Integration Shopify, PIM, Integration Tools, ERP, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Martech, Merch tools, 3PL, Retail and Omnichannel solutions.
- Cross functional collaboration, understanding of business processes and requirements definition and translate the business requirements into clear and comprehensive digital solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, digital designers and stakeholders to define and meet business objectives.
- Lead and support systems integration.
- BAU, solution design and support and problem solving.
- Digital and systems vendor and partner collaboration.
- Conduct UAT, integration testing and maintain testing environments
- Lead business and operational improvements that support the overall company objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for digital strategy and architecture enhancements.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION
Key criteria of the role:
- Shopify expert who understands retail, associated system architecture and integration that powers the digital/commerce business.
- Ability to evaluate, implement and adopt solutions within the business.
- Able to define and communicate business requests and updates with external partners and development agencies.
- Experienced with systems integration, data requirements and business analysis.
- Implement and support the solutions.
- Min of 2-3 years ecommerce and/or IT background or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital/ecommerce and/or technology-focused role.
- Experience with digital platforms such as CRM systems, e-commerce, and marketing automation tools and ERP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Hands on experience
- Onsite role based in Geelong, Vic.
