About the role:

The Digital Business Analyst drives positive change by collaborating with Retail Business, Digital Services, and Digital Marketing leaders. You will understand business and customer needs, operating independently to deliver initiatives that drive digital innovation and transformation.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders, including Senior Management, to gather and understand requirements for digital projects
• Understanding data trends to work through the production issues and recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital initiatives
• Creating user stories, use cases, and wireframes to articulate digital solution features and functionality
• Playing the role of Scrum master to educate team on Agile (Scrum) practices and to remove blockers
• Contributing towards BA community by skills and knowledge sharing

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

• Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst gained within the banking / finance or energy industry (preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities ensuring clear understanding of expectations and deadlines
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau
