This role will support MindSpot's strategic and clinical objectives by providing high quality support in the maintenance and improvement of MindSpot's website and increase engagement and reach of MindSpot's social media channels.Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:Manage MindSpot's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our overall marketing strategy and brand voice. Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns including creating a social media calendar, strategizing the boosting of posts, provide monthly reporting and suggesting recommendations. Working closely with the team, write and coordinate the creation of material for publishing across digital channels such as website copy, meta and alt tag descriptions, and social media platforms, in consultation with key stakeholders. Act as consultant and provide support relating to website content and structure and social media best practices. Coordinate and produce communications for several different audiences, including internal and external stakeholders, healthcare professionals, patients and the broader community. Brief and work with MindSpot's Graphic Designer and Animator to produce digital assets across website and social media platforms.About You: You will be a confident developer having worked across multiple social media platforms and developing and maintaining the content across them. You will have worked with a range of internal stakeholders on their content delivery and aligning to the General Managers strategic direction. To Apply: To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate the below requirements in your CV and a 1-2 page cover letter.Marketing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience handling social media and website management. 3-5 years' experience in a similar digital role with hands on experience managing social media. Experience and understanding of websites and content, including understanding user experience (UX), SEO best practices, copy accessibility guidelines and information architecture. Proficient in writing and editing content for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media and print collateral. Experience using headless CMS platforms such as prismic is highly advantageous. Excellent project coordination skills with experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve project objectives within timeframes.
