Overview: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing team with content creation and digital marketing activities. Content will include graphic art, video, and photography. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to commence or further their career in Fishing & Outdoor industry through in-house creativity and by developing and executing content for our social channels, website, and paid channels. You'll work on exciting projects and contribute to our success as market leaders in the fishing industry. Key Responsibilities: Create and assist with multimedia tasks, including capture, creation and editing video content and stunning images. Support a range of photography and videography requests for both internal and external requirements. Source and edit images and visuals for use in content. Work with a range of CMS, CRM, and E-commerce tools. Manage and maintain the accuracy of our Shimano Fish-related websites, including product updates. Conduct website audits, propose improvements, and optimize landing pages and Digital Content. Dive into data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools like Google Data Studio and Google Analytics. Run and optimize AdWords and Meta campaigns. Apply your knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO and web traffic metrics. Optimising content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Share your insights on social media best practices and keep your finger on the pulse by staying across news and industry trends to support content ideation. Showcase your attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Utilize project management software like Trello, Smartsheet, or Asana. Take initiative and approach tasks proactively. This role would suit an individual who is familiar with the fishing and outdoor industry, but it is not limited to industry experience. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing or similar Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, Branding, SEO, SEM, & Paid Advertising Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Indesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
