We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Digital Creator & Social Media Marketer to join the team at our Willetton office. You will be supporting the Managing Directors with the development and implementation of all marketing and communications activities across traditional and digital channels for both companies.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate digital imagery (photo/video) and written content for our Social Media accounts including Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Edit digital content to a high standard
- Design & implement cohesive and integrated marketing plans to support business growth Australia-wide
- Manage the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Create promotional flyers as required by the sales team
- Create EDMs using email marketing platforms as part of the overall content strategy
- Understanding of Wordpress websites and Google Analytics & SEO
- Manage and report on effectiveness and performance of Social Media accounts and paid advertising
- Responding to sales & marketing enquiries via phone, email and various Social Media channels
You are suited for this role if you demonstrate the following:
- Strong design skills with a flair for creative thinking
- Excellent copywriting skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience with video content creation and photo editing software
- Familiar with Adobe Creative suite or similar
- Graphic design experience essential
- Experience with Social Media channels in all forms including paid advertising
- EDM/email marketing experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (primarily Publisher, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
- Some knowledge and understanding of the construction industry would be advantageous
