ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Working in a fast-paced environment, this role will be responsible for identifying actionable digital insights & analysis to create opportunities to grow digital sales across Grocery, Rapid Delivery & B2B eComm and Marketing platforms. 

Reporting to the Digital GTM, MyCCA & partnering with the Digital Customer Activation Managers you will assist in the development and implementation of our Digital channel plans. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

The key deliverables of your role are but not limited to the following:

  • Identify opportunities to grow our beverages online in across both eB2B and in key customer channels via a data-led approach, using an in-depth understanding of customer, category and market data
  • Enhance the way our team receives, interprets and communicates insights, driving best-in-class reporting & dashboards to enable data-led decision making and educating the broader business
  • Provide thought-leadership in driving insight automating and self-service reporting 
  • Partner with the wider business, including our category, sales, commercial insights and R&MGM teams, to ensure insights, recommendations and priorities are aligned 
  • Excels at diagnosis, partnering and influencing outcomes, ability to work with ambiguity and help to define problem statements
  • Knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, of policy and legislation to ensure compliance
  • Strong data analytics and governance skills

A significant focus will be supporting and driving our eB2B platform via mining and identifying data-led opportunities, this will require you to: 

  • Develop post-campaign analysis templates, reporting and actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Support with audience segmentation builds and recommendations for EDM/Online BAU and Adhoc Campaigns
  • Devise A/B testing strategies and controls across all digital channels to drive engagement and conversion, including the creation and optimisation of control groups, test and learn methodology, ROI analysis and attribution

Additionally, for our Grocery and Rapid Delivery customers/internal teams, the key requirements/deliverables will be:

  • Online shopper insights collation & sharing, inputting into briefs & strategy & planning sessions where required
  • Develop a deep understanding of the online shopper & evaluate critical touchpoints on the shopper path to purchase
  • Support to build & report on business-wide & customer-specific KPIs via dashboards (including pack-level) 
  • Drive analytics capability within the team, supporting Digital Activation Managers with PIR's and generating actionable insights

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven technical proficiency with SQL is essential, additional experience with Python, R or other programming languages.
  • Critical thinker with the proven ability to derive actionable insights to drive our business forward meeting commercial goals
  • The ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to meet shared objectives
  • Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of CCEP & Customer profit drivers
  • Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work in a fast passed environment 
  • Proven ability to use your data & analytical skills to identify opportunities & create actionable insights, distilling complex data into digestible, clear visual representations and engaging presentations
  • Strong technical skills and experience (3 years+) to extract, manipulate and join large volumes of customer behavioural or transactional data from a variety of source systems (e.g. SQL, Tableau, & Google Analytics)
  • Advanced excel skills and confidence with data visualisation tools (eg. Tableau & Power BI)
  • Experience with marketing & campaign platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Pardot, B2B commerce cloud etc.
  • Technical understanding of GA4 reporting and Google Tag Manager tools 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management tools such as Jira and SOAP/REST APIs is a plus.
  • Experience with Nielsen, Similarweb, IRI (Synergy), Quantium, Edge, Tableau or similar will be an advantage 
  • Previous experience in a marketing and/or digital environment preferred.
