Whatever your current position may be, we are looking for a Design Manager to manage our Digital Design team, whilst still contributing to shape our visual identity!
Your role with us:
You will be joining the Digital Design team as a Design Manager, where you will lead and inspire a talented young team of designers. Your team will consist of 7 designers, who all have amazing skillsets across motion, graphic, digital and visual!
From a people management perspective, you will help mentor and motive the designers by creating design maturity and thinking and facilitating their growth and development. You will also be responsible for the visual design backlog with the team.
From a creative perspective, you'll help create foundational visual identities across our various brands, Kick, Stake and Twist. You'll help ensure that our marketing and design materials are consistent across all areas and excellent in every design deliverable.
You will have plenty of support from the Chief Product Officer, as well as the Head of Product Design, and report directly to the Chief Creative Officer.

What you will do: (Role & responsibilities)
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic and motion designers, fostering a culture of design thinking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and translate them into compelling visuals ensuring alignment with our brand's aesthetics and values.
- Apply a strong foundational understanding of graphic design and colour theory to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Lead the development and execution of design concepts, from ideation to production.
- Oversee projects, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Visual Design Manager or a similar leadership role
- Strong foundational understanding of graphic design principles and colour theory.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
