We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate, committed to developing their career in our Digital Transformation Program for the Hastings Deering 2025 Graduate Intake.

Program Overview
- Commence January 2025 with other Graduates in your cohort.
- Two-year program with cross-functional business exposure
- Work in a truly agile environment in a leading Digital Transformation Program
- Structured rotations across the digital landscape, including but not limited to product management, design and customer experience, data and analytics, business analysis, automation, solution architectures, application development and much more.
- Develop networks and friendships through graduate sponsored activities.
- Coaching, mentoring and professional skill development.
- On the job training and education - apply your tertiary studies to real life experience!
- Opportunity to travel.
About You
- Recent graduate (0-3 years) or expected to graduate in 2024.
- You will have a growth mindset, passion for customer experience and data along with a genuine interest in digital products and services.
- University qualification in Business/ Commerce, Information Technology, Design (CX, UX and/or UI), Data & Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline
- Adaptive with the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Exceptional problem solving and organisational skills.
- Committed to developing your career in Engineering at Hastings Deering

Application Requirements
Applicants must attach their academic transcript (an unofficial transcript is accepted if graduation is pending). Successful applicants will be invited to attend an engagement centre, interview and to meet other Graduates and Program Sponsors in May 2024.
