Your role
You'll play a crucial role in our award winning, highly skilled, and supportive team of digital marketers.
Working closely with various marketing squads, you'll utilize your technical expertise in Adobe Digital Marketing tools to develop and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll spearhead the collaboration of cross-functional teams to interpret customer data and optimize campaigns to enhance customer experiences and value.
This role can be in Melbourne (727 Collins St) or Sydney (680 George St)
What you’ll do
- Utilize Adobe digital marketing technology (e.g., ACM, AJO, CDP) to create automated journeys and campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer experience.
- Utilise your expert understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products and future roadmaps to identify innovation opportunities, process improvements and capability uplifts across the Martech stack.
- Ensure delivery and execution of 1:1 platforms/solutions for sport and racing marketing campaigns, meeting briefs, timeframes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with multiple customer squads to adapt and optimize campaigns, improving ROI, response rates, and contact deliverability, and share learnings to continuously improve campaigns.
What you’ll bring
- High Proficiency in Customer Marketing, Personalization, and Automation
- A digital marketer with a strong affinity for data and technology, experienced in leveraging them to drive marketing initiatives.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining a high level of focus and attention to detail.
- Experienced in building real-time, automated campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimiser and leveraging Adobe Experience Platform to create personalized customer segments for cross-channel campaigns.
- Possesses strong technical knowledge in Adobe Campaign, including setting up triggers, user journey automation, dynamic content implementation, and reporting, along with proficiency in analytical skills using financial and consumer insight data to inform campaign design and planning.
