Marketing Automation Specialist

About the organisation:
Our client is an innovative online trading company dedicated to empowering traders with advanced tools and expert insights. They deliver cutting-edge trading technology directly to clients and through strategic partnerships.About the role:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will manage and deliver the end-to-end build, deployment and reporting of the company's email and CRM activity in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also be responsible for the management and optimisation of their existing CRM programs of work and journeys with best practices, A/B testing and optimisation of all core activity.

• Build, test, and execute email and Marketing Automation activities in Salesforce Marketing.
• Be a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email best practice, design, and

build. * Generate and analyse reports on email and journey performance, leveraging data-driveninsights to refine and optimise journeys and customer experiences. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system.

• Act as an internal subject matter expert and advocate for Marketing Automation and

Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimise CRMactivity.
About you:

• 2+ years’ experience building and executing Marketing Automation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience building complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys.
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Studio and

Mobile Studio. * Experience and knowledge using HTML, SQL and Ampscript.

• Proven experience in CRM or customer lifecycle management.
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to translate data into

actionable insights. * Ability to work closely with Salesforce administrators and databaseengineers.
