Manage and optimise existing CRM programs of work and journeys with best practices, A/B testing and optimisation at the core of all activity.
● Build, test, and execute email and Marketing Automation activities in Salesforce Marketing cloud.
● Be a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email best practice, design, and build.
● Generate and analyse reports on email and journey performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and optimise journeys and customer experiences.
● Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system.
● Act as an internal subject matter expert and advocate for Marketing Automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
● Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimise CRM activity.
● Role modelling the values of the Company, and obliging by the work, health, safety and wellbeing policies and practices in the execution of this role.
About You:
● 2+ years' experience building and executing Marketing Automation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
● Experience building complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys
● Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Studio and Mobile Studio.
● Experience and knowledge using HTML, SQL and Ampscript.
● Proven experience in CRM or customer lifecycle management, ideally within the capital markets / FX industry.
● Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various level
